End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Thank you for choosing Canada Brown Eco Products Ltd. This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “you”) and Canada Brown Eco Products Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your use of our online products, software, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Services.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Canada Brown Eco Products Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes, solely as permitted by this Agreement.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services are owned by Canada Brown Eco Products Ltd or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices.
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
4. Updates & Changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
5. Third-Party Services
The Services may include third-party components, services, or links. Canada Brown Eco Products Ltd is not responsible for any third-party products, services, content, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Services at any time without notice for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Services and destroy all copies in your possession.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. Canada Brown Eco Products Ltd DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Canada Brown Eco Products Ltd AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement, and any dispute arising out of it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
