Shipping, Returns and Refunds
- Working hours are Monday – Friday 9.30AM EST – 5PM EST excluding public holidays.
- Standard Parcel Delivery is via Canada Post, USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please allow 2-10 days depending your location. Typically, all orders are updated with a tracking code once the order is processed and you can track the movement of your order on your own. If feasible, we may ship your order on a pallet.
- Order Acceptance & Cancellation: Your order may get canceled in case any item is out of stock. Your order payment will get refunded automatically to the same payment method as selected before. We are not responsible for any additional charges charged by our Payment Processor ‘PayPal’ including but not limited to bank charges, currency conversion charges, etc.
- The shipping estimate date is provided to you at the time of checkout or on your Performa Invoice/Estimate. Please add delivery time to that.
- We also provide Free Shipping on certain orders. Please find the information on at the checkout page or the Performa Invoice/Order Estimate.
- Due to the Covid19 situation, the Estimated Delivery of your order may take longer than usual.
- All Orders are Final Sale, No Exchange/Refund unless you have received an incorrect or damaged item. Strict verifiable proof required to process such returns. The customer can choose to get a 100% refund or credit for use in a future order within a period of 180 days.
- For orders shipped without tracking (if selected by the customer placing the order online), Canada Brown Eco Products Ltd is not responsible for delay or loss of the order delivery.
- We ship items via Standard Ground Shipping which does not include Freight Insurance. All Parcels carry a replacement coverage up to a maximum of $100 or the value of the product, whichever is lower. Additional Freight Insurance is billed separately. Please contact us to get a quote before placing an order online.
- We at Canada Brown Eco Products Ltd strive to ensure our customers are satisfied. If you have received damaged or incorrect goods, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm you wish to return an item. You will be provided with the returns address at this time. Return items will be accepted within 14 days of purchase in the same condition received.
- If you wish to return an unopened order, please email us at email@example.com with the order number and a clear picture of the goods, we will be happy to process your refund less shipping, handling and processing fees.
- We will not be responsible for goods sent by you that were lost or damaged in transit.
- Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller).
- Wholesale Orders, Bulk Purchases and Custom Orders are nonrefundable/non-exchangeable.
- Return Policy for Un-Delivered Goods due to Non-Availability and/or Refusal to Accept: Goods sent to Customers which are undelivered due to the customer not being available at the given shipping address, refusal to accept and/or failure to pickup from the nearest Post Office/Shipping Partner’s Office may get charged a Return to Sender Fee. The customer also agrees to pay an additional Re-Shipping Fee to resend the order to their respective Shipping Address. The Return to Sender Fee and Re-Shipping Fee may vary depending on the customer’s location and our nearest dispatch location.
- Due to Health & Safety, All PPE Products including but not limited to Face Masks, Face Shields, etc are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 business day and you can get a full refund without any deduction.
- For orders shipped out, once we have received the goods sent by you, our payments team will get in touch with you for your bank details. You will get the refund amount by bank transfer after any deductions if applicable within 30 days from the date of the goods being received back by us.
- All Orders of PPE Products including but not limited to Face Masks, Face Shields, etc cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We do not offer exchange of goods.
